Map of Illinois Central R.R.

This 1892 map shows the Green Bay Winona & St. Paul RR, extending from Green Bay in the east to Winona Minnesota in the west. The connection to Winona over the Mississippi River was completed in September, 1891.

The Stevens Point and LaCrosse branches are shown but the Iola & Northern, Waupaca-Green Bay, Kewaunee, Green Bay & Western, and Ahnapee & Western railroads are still to be built.
