Yard trackage in Sturgeon Bay.  The swing span bridge to Sawyer and the main line to Algoma is in the lower left corner of the photo.  On the Sturgeon Bay side the tracks extend to the north to Bay Shipbuilding and to the south to Petersen Shipbuilding.
