David Gehrke of the West Bend, Jackson & Southern RR has a pair of s 7.5" gauge (1:7.5 scale) models of GBW RS-20. That's over ten times longer, wider, and higher than HO scale. Each loco is powered by a bank of batteries providing 24 volts and weighs 700 pounds. The designer and builder was Tom Artzberger and the assistant builder and owner is David Gehrke.
David says his goal is to have both the #305 and the #308 finished in time for the Titletown Train Show in Green Bay, Wis on April 23rd & 24th, 2005
